Black Velvet insert on a black with blue sparkles jacket. Arm length is 18 3/4" which would make it 3/4 sleeve. Chest is 44" insert from neck to hem is 18" Jacket neck to hem is 26 3/4". Worn twice. I wore this cruising w/ black skirt on formal night. Home is pet and smoke free.
