sedlll @factorygirl05 thanks so much. I think they say their clothes can vary about an inch either way so this one must just be cut a little on the smaller side. I will think about it. I usually prefer 18.5 at least but it may still fit.

factorygirl05 @sedlll Yes, NPL is made to order and hand cut so their can be variations in measurements. Linen fibers washed will come together and when worn fiber’s stretch a bit but not the same as cotton.
