lexigarcia89 When you made the purchase and received the email from poshmark it should show a picture of all the things you purchased. I'm sure there was no picture of the pom pom becuz even though you added it to a bundle, you didn't purchase the bundle. Only the dress. So I did what I was supposed to do. I'm sorry for the confusion. You can ask Poshmark what to do
