I am 5’6” n wore comfortably when up to 10 lb heavier at ~140 lbs. I didn’t, but many in industry wear over pants so welcome the extra room. Unsure of base material but Nomex means a flame resistant coating over fabric -should exclude lint producing material with washing so as not to add ‘kindling’ on top.
