domo1824 @ccheri Hmm out of the two years that I've had that jacket hanging in my closet I've never noticed that. I am sorry. I would've sewn it myself had I noticed it. And as far as the packing goes I recycle almost everything so that is why I used that package. If it was opened or "mangled" thats not how it left my house.

domo1824 @ccheri No worries. You would have to file that with poshmark. I deposited the funds before I contacted you so I was paid and poshmark was paid. On the purchase it should say what you can do. I’ve never returned anything so I don’t know for sure. 😕
