@2wellsmade5 they told me to go online and file a claim. It should be covered since it had insurance. I'm sorry about this. You might want to ask Poshmark for your money. They won't be able to give me the item back just pay me back the cost of the item hopefully.

Yeah sure.. No problem. The posher who sent it recouped her money for the product and I did as well. She assured me it was sealed when she dropped it. It was weird. Share away! @mpeaches07 Have a great day.
