Not Rated brand shoes

Super cute 6.5 4 inch heels in excellent condition. Almond shaped toe means comfort while wearing it. Wore once. I have way too many shoes to rotate. The part of the shoes that looked like threads are coming off are meant to be like that. Price is firm. $20.
