Not Adulting Today Vegas Tank Black Size Large (but runs small)

Bought on a vacation, purchase a large. It won’t fit so never worn… it’s been washed (as I do with any new item) so that’s why the tag looks odd There’s some pilling on the top (see last picture), it’s not due to use.
