Norwegian rain jacket

All weather jacket with neon reflected hood and symbol to be seen in the dark. It has a zippered pocket on the inside and 2 on the outside. Both a zipper on the front along with velcro. Both the bottom of the jacket and the hood have adjustable straps. In excellent condition. No rips or tears. This belonged to my younger daughter so she did get it a bit dirtier but I have oxycleaned it as best as I can. You can see what I am talking about in the picture
