The stitching on the dress is all present and excellent as are the complete buttons down the front. The dress is fully lined. This is a quality dress made with excellence. It does not appear that the dress has been worn. Shoulder to Hem is 46 in Measuring across the bust is 18 in or 36 around The dress is a light flair so a range of hips can be accommodated. But I measure 22 across one side so 44 around with a still slightly larger flair to the hem. There are 8 buttons and two pockets
