Is it one to put layers under or is it the kind of jacket to be a layer itself?

@katiezimmer554 it can go either way, the zipper is “flippable”. So you can wear it as a layer under a top coat, or by itself.

Do you know what range of numbered sizes that would fit? Like 4-6 or like 8+
