@calabasaschic The rise is about 10”. That would be mid- high rise.

@calabasaschic It’s labeled 3/4. The waist measures 12” flat. It might fit a 0/2 or the waist could be taken in if need be.

My daughter wears a size 24 or 25 pants. The leather pants fit her in the waist, but her legs are very thin and so they were not skin tight in the leg. There was a little room in the leg. Hope this helps.
