Norma Walter's skirt with Swarovski crystal belt

Elegant Norma Walter's mid length skirt with Swarovski crystal belt. This skirt is a true size 4 and the last picture shows how the closures are loose. I am leaving them loose so if you need a little extra inch or so you can adjust. This skirt is all silk.
