Norma Walters Vintage Tunic

It seems that Norma Walters designed a range of elegant and luxurious pieces, many of which are now considered vintage treasures This design was sold at Neiman - Marcus . This Tunic is 55% silk 45% wool. It has a wide elastic band around the bottom for hugging the hips. It has a side closure on the back. It looks like it had a belt at one time because of the string belt loops, I am sure they could be taken off. This top features a big bold paisley pattern.
