Norma Kamali Sleeveless Casual Dress. B13

Ok… story is..I bought this from Saks off 5th, exterior tag reads size small/36, at home I saw interior tag reads size Medium and it’s not tye dye. Don’t know if that’s the reason it was at Saks off 5th, but I’ve never worn it. So it’s new with tags.. albeit screwed up tags.. but hey it’s super cute! Pullover style, very lightweight. Necklace not included.
