Norma Kamali Shirred Ruffle Midi Skirt Fleur Floral Gray Black Size 10 New

NWT Norma Kamali Shirred Ruffle Midi Skirt with Fleur Floral Pattern in Gray and Black, Size XL, which Norma Kamali's website says is approximately a US size 10.  See size chart in the photos.  Brand new with original tags attached.  Shirred along the sides, fishtail ruffle hem.  When flat and unstretched, skirt measures 42" in length.  It is difficult to get exact measurements on waist and hip as the skirt will stretch quite a bit due to 5% spandex content and all of the shirring/ruching along both sides.  While unstretched waist measured 15.25" straight across and up to 24" when stretched.  Hips measure 19" when unstretched and up to 27" when stretched.
