Norma Kamali vintage dress size 8. This is in good used condition. It is missing the original shoulder pads but other than that it’s in original condition. It has a side zip opening and there’s a keyhole button at the neckline. It looks to be midcalf length.this is probably from the 1980s when the big shoulder pads were in style

stella_luv Is that Velcro in the picture? Where is it on the dress?

grammykay @stella_luv it is a soft form of Velcro and yes, it’s on the shoulders of the dress. There were removable shoulder pads, which are no longer with the dress. when they made these dresses they added those so you could wear them with or without.
