Norm Thompson 2 Piece Suit, Blue-Gray Blazer and Stretch Waist Pants

This is a nice flowy Tencell Lyocell fabric. The previous owner did some alteration to the waist on the left and right sides; blue thread on the outside and red on the inside (see photo). It made the waist less tight by cutting the elastic, then sewing everything back together. Check measurements in photos and please ask any questions; I try to answer promptly. If elastic waists sometimes pinch you too much, this might be just the ticket!
