1920's Art Deco Porcelain Dish by Noritake, hand painted in Japan. This beautiful dish is a true antique from the Art Deco period (1920's), showcasing the typical gold and black, along with a colorful flower motif. It has the green M backstamp on the base, indicating it is from the pre-WWII Morumura Noritaki timeframe. In excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. There is a bit of wear to the gold paint on the inside and rim, consistent with the age of the piece. Could be used as a small serving or appetizer dish, or use as a decorative trinket dish. The dish has two gold-painted handles on each side, and is about 1.5 inches deep. It measures about 8.5 inches wide.
