Nordstrom women’s blue tunic/mini dress

Soft stretch-knit with tie in the back. This is technically an XL but fits more like a medium or a small I think. Not sure why. I labeled it M because I don’t think it would fit an XL. Soft feminine aesthetic with a cute tie in the back, pairs great with jeans for a casual look.
