Ok so the waist measures 12”- 12.5” from seam to seam. About 25” all the way around. The waist band does stretch though and has a thick elastic band. The length from waist band to the bottom hem is about 21”. I usually would wear it on my waist and I’m 5”7, it hit about an inch or two above my knee. The skirt does have a raw edge hem if you want it shorter you probably could do it. It’s suppose to have that hem though, it wasn’t altered or anything. I hope this helps! ☺️
