Nordstrom Velvet Mini Dress

This dress is perfect for the holiday season! The velvet is soft and comes in a deep burgundy color. The fit is SO comfortable with it's smocking around the torso, an A-line skirt and a small flare at the hemline that adds some interest and additional flow. It's also a good length. I'm 5'6 and I felt comfortable while it still being a mini dress. The exaggerated sleeves are cuffed at the hem, have a ruffle at the shoulder and can be worn over or off the shoulders depending on the look you want! This was a gift and it no longer fits me. But it truly is one of the most comfortable dresses I've ever worn.
