Nordstrom SKELETON KEY Baroque Antique Valentine’s Day Keychain

I’m not sure the exact type of metal from which it’s made. It looks like artistic pewter with crystals (3 on each side) and “love” written in black script on both sides. I purchased this piece 10+ years ago.
