Nordstrom NWT White Blouse Sleeve off the Shoulder

This is a beautifully made top and perfect for summer and fall time! The sleeve can be worn both off the shoulder or on the shoulder. It was a bit too small for me so sadly, I was never able to get use out of this top. New with tags! Bought at Nordstrom but It is from Astr The Label.
