Nordstrom Baby Blue Formal Dress

This dress is so nice and has a fitted upper bodice with mesh detailing. The skirt portion is lined and has a flowy skirt. This fall about mid thigh (I’m 5’5” for reference). I only wore this dress for formal events. There are a few snags in the front of the skirt and a small stain (picture 2). There are some loose strings and spray tan marks inside the upper bodice (picture 3). This dress is true to size. It is a size 3/4. There is not much stretch in the right upper bodice.
