teresasteele01 @shortstop002 Hi, the measurements from arm pit to arm pit is 22 inches and 30 inches from top of shoulder to the bottom hem. The only thing the tag say is Jersey. It’s never been worn so no piling or other defects that I am aware of. It is imported from China. It was just a little too big for me and I could not return it. Hope this helps.
