Nookie mini dress xs

I wanted this dress to fit me so bad! I got this on revolve last summer and was never able to wear it. Nice fabric and well made. FYI- This dress runs small. I usually wear an xxs in LPA and lovers and friends or xs/0 in brands like reformation. This is an xs and barely fit me. Also it is very small in comparison to these other brands. The area it was too tight for me was the chest. I am 32C for reference I think this would work for someone more petite in the chest area.
