Non slip rug NIP 5x8 paid 40 selling for 20

Brand new non slip rug pad 5x8 never opened; purchased for $40 selling at a 1/2 price I paid for it and offering a discontented delivery fee for same. This is 5x8 rectangle rug pad but can be cut to fit anything smaller if needed.
