Nomia black tunic or short dress, great weight for travel NWOT

This earlier Nomia tunic/dress is NWOT. The 95 poly/5 elastane is a nice, heavier weight that is great for layering, almost like a pullover jacket. The sleeves are not full-length and are weighted by an inside wide cuff. Note the yoke back, inverted pleat front and slight shirttail hem. 22.5” across front under arms, 36 long from collar, 16.5 sleeves, 7” flat sleeve width at top, 23.5 drop shoulders, 22 flat across bottom above shirttail hem. Straighter cut and beautifully tailored. Nomia dresses typically sell in boutiques for $400-500+.
