Nomadic Traders blouse

This is an adorable v-neck blouse with ruffles along the V. The sleeves come just past the shoulders. It has a ruffle at the bottom in two layers. There is a small gathering just above the waist. The colors are periwinkle and a lighter blue. Pictures are showing darker. The length will come just past the hips.
