MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE (using the Nodpod): I have an anxiety disorder and suffer from migraines, I have a horrible time getting to sleep, I’ve tried so many products on the market that claim to help, they may for others but I have trouble finding a solution that works for me. The Nodpod works almost every time. The gentle weight keeps me from tossing but when I wake up it’s no longer on my face leaving that pressure on your eyes that you get from a full night with a traditional sleep mask on. When I have a migraine I move it to my forehead and the weight helps reduce the symptoms of sinus pain like forehead pressure or pressure behind and under my eyes. If you’re searching to try it for trouble sleeping or migraine relief I highly recommend it. The only reason this one is for sale is it’s my backup and I just got the silk version which I also recommend!
