All over printed floral skirt with lots of detail and back nylon zipper. Skirt is sold as is. There is a half lining. The sides have mini ruffles. There is a part of the bottom opening that is not hemmed it’s part of the design. Measurements are approximate: Waist straight: 14” Cf length 24” Hip 8” down 20 3/4” Bottom opening 24” .
