I don’t know why someone would cut the tags, but a little mystery will pay off. It’s a combination of cotton, polyester, and crochet. The measurements are Pit to Pit at 17”, and the length from top of shoulder to bottom hem is 35”. The crochet work on front and back of neckline is intricate and classic.
