It has a removable snap band belt with horizontal stitching. It’s great because you can swap out for any belt or add any embellishment depending on the occasion. I’ve even added a colorful broach to the banded belt, the dress provides endless styling options! Small 14, formal wear runs very small. I usually wear at 10 at most.
