No. 21 Floral Embroidered Navy Skirt

This gorgeous navy blue skirt by No. 21 is made of 100% cotton and has a vertical side panel made of cupro and viscose. The side panel is embroidered with Asian-style flowers. The skirt is fully lined with a navy blue fabric that's made of 100% polyester. It has a hidden zipper in the back and an internal hook at the top of the zipper to keep it fastened. It also has a back slit that goes ~11" up from the hem to facilitate ease of movement. It's is excellent used condition with no flaws anywhere that I can find. I think the fabric and skirt look pristine, as if the skirt was barely if ever worn. Please review the below measurements carefully to ensure it's a good fit for you.
