Beside 'Nikon,' it seems to read 'Trailblazer 8x42 7 Deg. Waterproof' -- typical of birdwatching binoculars (8x magnification, 42mm objective lenses, roof prisms).
Specs are roughly: 367 FOV @ 1000yds; 16.4' closest focus; 5.3mm exit pupil; 19.7mm eye relief; 6.1"x 5.2"; 23.6 oz; waterproof/fogproof.
A comparable current product would be the Nikon Prostaff 7S 8x42. Like the Trailblazer, the 7S is a tad heavy for the specs and can't focus close up -- the 16.4' close focus is the killer for me.

These are a discontinued model that sold for roughly $99. They compare to a newer version the Monarch 3 which sales for $109
