Nippon Hand-Painted Round Porcelain Trinket Box

Antique Nippon round porcelain trinket box with hand-painted yellow, green and brown floral pattern accented by a gold rim, topped with a scalloped edge lid. The "rising sun" mark on the bottom is likely related to Noritake, datable to the Nippon period (1890-1921), possibly into the 1930's. Excellent condition - no chips, cracks or scratches. Measures 4" diameter, 2 1/4" tall.
