With the Wii balance board, you can participate in dozens of games. It operates on batteries and uses Bluetooth technology to sync to the Wii console, eliminating the need for cords and plugs. You can use it anywhere you have your console connected. My mother used the fitness game to stay in shape. I do not have the software.
