Nine to Five Dressy Women’s Vest

Cream colored dressy vest. Back is silky with clasp and inside is lined. The bottom button is there... the style is not to button it— the button hole was designed to be sewn shut. Purchased in Japan. I don’t think this is the same nine to five brand sold in the US. Size is 36 in Japan and equivalent to about a size 2 women’s. Front length is about 20 inches Back length is about 16 1/2 inches Width under arm area is about 16 inches
