Nine West dress

Nine West fit & flare dress. POCKETS! White with stripes in multiple hues of blue. Top is lined. Back zip. Scoop neck & back. Top-stich boning-like detail. There is a light smidge of blue on the right front skirt as pictured. Not really noticeable. Would note it EUC if not for this.
