New with tags. Nine West Perla metallic gold dress open toe sandals. Gorgeous sandals have a bold and embellished jeweled accent front strap. They have a buckle closure and block heel that measures 2.5 inches. These shoes were the sample shoes so even though they are new they have been tried on a few times, slight wear on bottom of shoes.
