This is the "Modern Escape" skirt in chambray multi, a super cute high waisted a line skirt in a blue and white striped chambray pattern with gorgeous and intricate floral embroidery accents. This skirt has a zipper side closure and is lined. It's marked as a 16 and is 100% cotton. The skirt originally came with a waist tie, which is not included. Pre-owned but the only noticed flaw is the missing waist tie and the pulled loop where the tie once was.
