Is it the whole inside that's peeling or just around the top of the boot?

@rmaeway The whole inside shaft of the boot lining is crumbling. I asked a leather shoe cobbler about this and he stated the type of lining used by the manufacturer is simply inferior thus deteriorates with time. :-/
