Nine West Denim mini skirt with frayed hem and at waistline. Size 4

Nine West denim color mini skirt made up of cotton and acetate. Two hidden zipper pockets in front. Frayed at the hem , waistline and on both sides. Size 4 but has stretch to it. Great condition.
