I love this blouse. I had the ruffle removed from the collar and wrists, but it doesn’t fit me anymore. My loss is your gain. I don’t think I ever wore it. Approximately 25” long, approximately 19” pit to pit. Sleeves are 23” long Stripes are blue and tan or like a taupe color.
