ebj1006 @kepp2 hi again - lying flat, the top side of the waist band is 14 1/2 inches. I don’t know if you have worn a lot of a Nili cotton pants, but they stretch with wear.

kepp21 Darn, yes I only wear Nili pants. I was afraid they would be to big. These pants run anywhere from 14" to 15" and I was hoping for 14" so that I could wear a belt. With this measurement I would have to alter. I really appreciate you getting back to me. That is why I offered what I did so I could factor in altering. Take care.
