Nikon camera with fisheye lens (no battery) circa 1997

Nikon camera with fisheye lens (no battery) circa 1997 - purchased in San Diego UTC mall. Last time used it was working fine - needs new battery and could probably benefit from a proper cleaning. The lens is a fisheye lens, all I know/remember. I don't know much about it - please see pictures for details!
