Given its' weight, when shipped in a padded envelope to protect it during shiipping, this item should ship at less than 4 ounces via USPS Ground Advantage for less than $4.00 . . . do you have any control over the $7.97 shipping charge currently advertised with you listing? During my time at PM, with over 75 transactions as a buyer, I've seen $4.99 and $3.49 shipping charges, but have no idea if those prices are available anymore. Thanks for checking. - GK
