Nikibiki Strapless Blue Sequins Dress (S)

Very cute Nikibiki mini dress would be a great club dress! The front of this dress is covered in small blue sequins. The back is a cotton stretch material. The dress is in good shape. It has a sweetheart neckline. Has loops inside to attach straps but I don’t have the straps to it. Price reflects this. The tag says small but I was able to get it zipped up on my mannequin which is around an 8.
