ajolene Hello, can you please tell me if this shoe has a heel cup? As in is the heel more ridged like I can slip them on? Or is the heel of the shoe soft and you have to untie them to put them on? Also can you comment on the shoes condition?

ajolene @mariajuarezz18 A heel cup is that hard piece of plastic in the very back of the shoe that helps to maintain its shape and rigidity. The last pair of Nikes I bought didn’t have one, so I had to untie and tie them every time I put them on. I need a pair of shoes I can quickly slip on. That’s why I am asking about the heel cup.
